Hi My family applied for an I-130 petition for Alien relative unmarried daughter over 21 what happens if during the waiting time i get married how will this affect my petition. and what is the waiting time to get the papers into processing

Is your petitioner a US citizen?

 

if you get married (provided the petitioner is a USC) you'll wait longer for the visa number to become available. Current visa availability times are on travel.state.gov look for visa bulletin. 

 

If petitioner is an LPR the petition will die as soon as you get married.
