Guys just a quick question! 

Long story short my wife couldn’t attend our wedding in my home country (Colombia) so she authorized my mom to sign on her behalf, couple of days after I traveled to the US for our honeymoon... Should she attend to the interview as well? Any advice would be highly appreciated!

Hello... I had applied when my little baby was 4 months old... And now he’s about to turn one... The picture on the application form is very different from how he looks now... he’s grown up so.. When I send photographs to the NVC now, should I send the same I had sent earlier to avoid confusion.. or should I send a recent one?

Got our case number today!! Called the NVC said it was just generated yesterday and we can't use it yet but we will soon! I'm so excited! On to the next step!

7 weeks exactly from when the NVC received it, 8 weeks since we got our i-130 approval

Hi guys, I haven't read this forum for a while. I've been too frustrated to see approvals sorry. I don't know what to do now. I just want to talk to anyone.. My PD is August 1st. No RFE, no NOA2 yet nothing. TSC. It's been 283 days I'm dying 😭😭😭 already outside normal processing times.......

have you called NVC and confirmed when did they received your case from USCIS?

No because since February we called uscis submitted inquiries and they told us to wait for 60 days. April they told us to wait 60 more days. I'm hopeless and nice to see everyone's files now are at NVC I don't know what will happen to my case. I haven't met my husband in almost 10 months and he's planning just to move here.

@silviafini Try doing a Congressional inquiry. They'll assign a person to your case whom will reach out to USCIS. If it's outside of normal processing time, this person will make sure to get your case back on track.
