Mine as changed too. I was wondering if there was a way to know how many petitionstudents they received each month. Hoping May June and July has very little so our time may come faster...hoping😊

Unfortunatelly don´t think January 2018, I´m thinking more late March - April 2018, but January, as an average, don´t think so really!

I really don't know why people say January 2018 while on mine it says the end of May 2018! And btw my case number still doesn't work on USCIS.gov.

Yes, this date is reasonable, mine is about 25 May - 5 June an has been static since that last change, FOR THE RECORDS, remember that this is an  hypothetical date, based on VJ´s statistics etc... It could be soon or late than that date!

Yeah I know it might happen sooner or later but that's ok, I could even do the direct consulate filing in 20 days they'd have approved it, but I have no rush :)

Yeah, I can wait one year anyways I was expecting a 14-month period from start to end, we live together overseas, so we have no rush. We decided to not do DFC because they approve it too early and we need some time. Obviously, nobody wants to see many years in waiting though haha :D

Oh my dear you are made!!!!

No rush to you, I´m glad to ear that you both live together, so at the time of AOS your evidence is more than strong, but believe me your case is weird, so many of us have to wait without our spouses overseas and the wait seems endless!

But congrats for you, and if you need time, you can switch with me the services centers, jajjaaja I´ll give you mine NSC and $500 cash change, you give me TSC ;):jest::jest:..

There at NSC you´ll have enough time, more than needed!  :jest: :jest: :jest: :jest:

We have Nebraska Service Center the slowest one ever! We are not weird, we just live together under the same roof as a normal married couple. :) We are not doing AoS but CR1 so NVC then Consulate interview. I know how devastating may be to be far away to your spouse and cope with that without going nuts and without seeing each other. We were lucky when filing I-130 we didn't have to put in any messages or stuff like that as we live together so we put that on file and also our rental agreement overseas that state both names living in a residential address.

Hi guys,

I'm new to the site. I filled for my husband on August, 18th and received the NOA1 the following week. We sent it to the Arizona lockbox. We have a priority date of August 21 and it's currently being processed at the Nebraska Office. Hopefully it gets approved soon so we can start the next headache, the i485.

But it was ruled unconstitutional wasn't it? My husband isn't legal, so the sooner we get approved the better.

Not yet....but the ALCU and other Iranian/American interest groups are already filing to revoke.

Is your husband here in the States?

Hi, I'm new to this conversation. I recently submitted an I-130 for my husband who is detain by immigration, I'm a us citezen and we are waiting for an answer. The uscis already received our app back in May. Now the judge sent his app to be expedited but we still don't have an answer. Can anyone tell me how long does this I-130 usually takes? When expedited and when regular? My children and I are desperate. And homeless. Thank you
