You might want to try second week of May, because it takes a while for NVC to receive the case. You can start calling them next week to see if they have received the case and then after that every week to ask for case number. You aren't a pivot case, are you? Pivot cases are taking upwards of 8 weeks!

Nope, my case will be BGT, not pivot...

So, next week calling them to ask if received, 3 times at week, and after received, become a pain in the //%#$/))(/(/%$%&$()  to find out the case number!

One further question, is too hard communicate with them? Based in your experience!?

Oh, thanks, well, I think, the hardest part is behind now, the NSC stage, now this part is going to be smooth and soft! So I feel calm now, at the beginning in August, I was expecting NOA2 in some date of August (after RFE that I know that will hit me) but NSC NOA2 and answer to my RFE´s answer was fast (only 2 days) (it´s true that we have ready what they want, with translations) we received the hard copy on Saturday and Monday morning we send it the answer, they received it that same Thursday!

I have to say, as my impressions:

The only one Complain at USCIS stage in NSC was the case number that never worked untill RFE, after that, everything was quick, and my aproval, even with RFE included to me was in time! 7 months!

11 days after RFE NSC received (they answered it reslly fast)

Can´t believe it, out of NSC!

Oh, thanks! I really wanna read your update here soon! Trust, have faith, it will be sooner than you think! I will keep hanging around here untill all August haver received NOA2, I have ready all the things for NVC, Cuban papers are almost done and they have the right time to arrive here to Colombia!

I´m affraid that I wake up tomorrow and everything was a dream and the status shows Response to RFE was Received, hahahaha!

Probably before May. Nvc is working a little faster. Call them in 2 weeks. May be they surprise you.
