I sent me local Congressman an inquiry request. I know it's early and usually used to resolve bigger issues. I figured the worst they can say is "no" wich is the same as "keep waiting".

I am also waiting for RFE response.

2x2 photos cost me 1 month, i guess. Thing that is not even required, they send RFE for it.

I hope not more.

RFE response takes anywhere from 8 days to 15 or 30.

I dont like to waste 1 month. that is lot. I even call customer service.

I hope i get approval by next week.

Good afternoon, when did you answered the RFE and when they updated to received answer for RFE?

The Case of your RFE is why I sended in my application  passports photos of both, my wife and I!

Ypur case is the 3rd time that I see RFE for photos (benefitiary living outside U.S)!

send response march 12....they received march 13, update online rcvd response march 14.

Oh, ok you are 10 days ahead of me , they updated the status to Received on March 22!

Well, I´m prepared to 27 to 30 days to get my NOA2!

I hope you get yours fast too!

Nope, RFE is RFE, if they want to see it, they have the power, I don´t think that calling them you reach something...call and try, but they have prepared the answer that they are going to give you!

Yes, the update of March 22 was Response to USCIS RFE was received, I´m only waiting my NOA2...
