Me. PD August 1st TSC. Other people who are still waiting, their PD is like after the 20th of August or at least they received RFE and mine is the 1st, no RFE no nothing.

Status was updated in the app, from NOA1 to NOA1. So weird.

I'm so happy to see other people's approval but also it worries me more everytime I heard it. I'm nearly frustrated :(

I received the same alert on Thursday 15th.

I will explain you, from my exprience, USCIS doesn´t work in an specific order, then, you can watch aprovals or RFE from August 24 (P.D), like mine, and you can see aprovals, today of August 14!

Tjis is what we see that aprovals dates go forward and backward, forward and backward, and is just for the assigned case data taht the adjudicator have in hand, maybe the one who have your case, for example is currently reviewing August 20 for example, but the other adjudicator is reviewing September 03 and this is why aprovals are of September too, today I saw an aproval of July 30 of NSC!

Grrrrr...that’s so annoying! But good to know. I just wish we had an answer. I’m afraid of getting an RFE too :( what did they request?

They work specifically country by country, that's there is difference in days & dates :)

I don't think they work country by country. I have seen my approved on February 28 (last day of February) and my PD is August 9 with NOA1 August 14! I noticed many (but not all) were approved on February 28 and I think on that specific date they were approving easy petitions perhaps with good bona-fide relationship supporting documents, nice assembled package, documents in order and whatsoever but I also think it's based on the agent working on it. Some agents are faster some others slower. I am noticing there are several early August from Nebraska and even other Service Centers that are still waiting to get approved. Yes, I also think if you come from a country with high red flags then they check more. But all of these are just allegations, rumours, assumptions, nobody here is working for USCIS so just making guesses. Mine was pretty straightforward approved on Feb. 28, sent to NVC on March 9 and received by NVC on March 15th and obviously no case number and won't see it most likely until mid-April. I am lucky though since I don't have to do "choice of agent" whick takes almost a week so when they give me case number the "choice of agent" will be already filled out and I just need to pay fees and go to AOS.

Really sorry to say that I have Friends in National Benefits Center & Homeland security office in New Mexico, US.  They told me we deal cases by countries - further, God Know Better :)

Having “friends” doesn’t mean much right now. By the way could be NBC adjudicate petitions differently. Anyways, little now matters, August filers are gettting approved right now!

Doesn't really matter now since we are all getting approved :) Do you have any news of your case at NVC?

Yes, I tried but the problem is that the Packages come from NSC in ballot boxes like plastic boxes with a seal, so tracked the case it's still in the storeroom, informed by someone that from yesterday exactly 13 to 17 days box will assign to the officer. so it will be probably 3 weeks.

I would give it a month before seeing a Case number assigned. They are now really backlogged.

The main reason for the backlog is the weather conditions in NH. most of the people in NH & most of cities under attack of Infectious Diseases, you probably know how dangerous virus cold flu is. I was in the US month & half ago, I went from Heat to cold & it was really hard me to stay in New York I moved to Arizona which was better than NY weather, I went for 60 days & returned back in 29 days because of weather.

Hopefully they will fix the case number issue soon. There are still people in early feb approved waiting for it!

I was wondering, how long does it take at NVC before sending the petition abroad? 4 months?
