Hello everyone. I just checked the uscis website and for the first time I got an up date that my case was sent to the Department Of State for Visa processing. @Jer1234 @Jhonny @ms_bobdog

Tuesday, March 13 2018 (Day 201) : USCIS issues RFE to our case . (Case opended at least) .:dance: 

Saturday, March 17 2018 (Day 205) : USCIS RFE  arrived via post mail.

Monday, March 19 2018 (Day 207) : USCIS RFE ´s answer was sent via post mail to NSC .

Thursday, March 22 2018 (Day 210) : Online Case Status changed to RFE´s answer was received .

Monday, April 2 2018 (Day 221) : ¡Approved! Online Case Status now shows Case was sent to Department of State.:dance::dancing:

 

(NVC Stage) :

Wednesday, April 4 2018 (Day 223) : Case Received.

Tuesday, June 5 2018 (Day 285): Case Number assigned, welcome letter received,invoice number received, DS261 filed.

Thursday, June 7 2018 (Day 287): AOS fee paid, waiting IV package fee to be unlocked to pay it.   

Thursday, June 14 2018 (Day 294): DS-261 checked and received letter, IV package fee now unlocked. 

Friday, June 15 2018 (Day 295) : IV fee paid, waiting DS-260 to be unlocked to fill it online. 

Monday, June 18 2018 (Day 298) : Full Package sent to NVC via post mail. 

Tuesday, June 19 2018 (Day 299): DS-260 unlocked to fill it online.

Just got off phone with USCIS Rep. there will be delay in process bcos they make spelling mistake on beneficiary name. it will take two weeks for them to fix and will be send to NVC after that :(

I’ve seen so many people who filed in September get answers—I have no idea what is happening

I will explain you, from my exprience, USCIS doesn´t work in an specific order, then, you can watch aprovals or RFE from August 24 (P.D), like mine, and you can see aprovals, today of August 14!

Tjis is what we see that aprovals dates go forward and backward, forward and backward, and is just for the assigned case data taht the adjudicator have in hand, maybe the one who have your case, for example is currently reviewing August 20 for example, but the other adjudicator is reviewing September 03 and this is why aprovals are of September too, today I saw an aproval of July 30 of NSC!

i believe it will be this week. My parents pd was 22Aug and got approved so yours should be soon. :)

Me. PD August 1st TSC. Other people who are still waiting, their PD is like after the 20th of August or at least they received RFE and mine is the 1st, no RFE no nothing. 
 

Status was updated in the app, from NOA1 to NOA1. So weird. 

 

I'm so happy to see other people's approval but also it worries me more everytime I heard it. I'm nearly frustrated :(
