Answer to RFE of  USCIS documents are ready with acording translations, and ready for tomorrow at first hour be sended to NSC!

27 days average to them to answer (maybe more, or less), plus 4 - 5 days to receive it adds 1 month to the process!

Hi everyone, 

New to this page  my husband and I received our NOA1 on Aug. 22, 2017 and we’re still waiting for NOA2. It feels like it’s been forever!!! Does anyone know what’s up with the delays? I believe our application was forwarded to the Texas Service Center.

Any words of encouragement are appreciated  

 

also, I saw on another forum there’s a WhatsApp group for Aug. filers? I can’t find who made the group, but I would love to be added!

Hey guys finally one of i130 approved. Just came from work at 1am and show envelop on table from USCIS and show one of i130 approved. Called wife n gave her news about the same. Thanks ya all for ur update. PD was 14aug and Nebraska center. Now moving to NVC.

Well in that case , tell your husband that scan the sign page to you, send you thru e mail, print it, sign it and scan again, send that to your husband and then he can send it to USCIS!Sorry for the late answer now, I was in my church, just arrived!

Thank you. Sundays are quite busy so that's alright. The forms says only original no photocopy is accepted. What I want to know is why is it asking for him to sign . Or to be signed at all since I love abroad.

well then download it  and print that part, sign it.

Sign is needed only if Benefitiary lives in US too, I don´t know why they are asking for that, it´s weird, but is USCIS.
