Wow how comes u haven’t get approved yet I’m surprised thought Potomac was doing September by now

Oh, unfortunatelly I´m going to be aproved on April...

Today RFE´s hard copy arrived at the post mail.

Nothing hard or harmful, they need the copy of Marriage Certificate and the Divorce Decree of my wife, I´m currently working on the translation of the Divorce Decree (that I get this week) to send to them ASAP on Monday morning.

Not surprised with the RFE, coz we forgot to include the Marriage Certificate copy, and in the birth inscription of my wife there  was an appendix were it´s written the divorce etc, but they want to see and we are going to show them, everything they want!

So on Monday we a re going to send taht, and there we are going to wait until the case changes to (Response to RFE was received) and then to Case was sent to Department of State!

Hello Johnny, since everyone comes to you for advice...I need some here. Received hard copy of RFE yesterday like you mine was for signature. Can my husband sign on my behalf. The notice said he should sign but the forms says spouse beneficiary signature....What's your thoughts on that...thanks in advance

Hi, good morning Alice!

Well, the I130A isn´t needed to be signed fot the benefitiary (if overseas outside of U.S) BUT I signed mine!

Also says that passports photos of the benefitiary are not required (if overseas outside of U.S) BUT I sended too!

 

To give you a better advise, what do they send back, the I130A?

Let me know to give you a better and accurate advise!
