OMG i will receive rfe too, we didn't send any evidence of bonafide marriage, only the marriage certificate

What does your RFE say? As mentioned, evidence of bonafide marriage is not a must, but it really depends on the adjudicator.

Hold right there, sending bonafide marriage IS NOT MANDATORY!

Don´t be scared, we sended because we wanted to!

But in the USCIS instructions doesn´t say that!

One of my VJ friends got she´s NOA2 without bonafide evidence (photos, etc)

Hey I recently got approved and I jus wanted to let u guys know I didn’t send any proof of bona fide marriage other then the marriage certificate!

I´m going to give you an advise....My own!

Last February 28 there was a workforce reduction in my former job (I felt like :ranting: %$#/&())/$#).

But later I tough, GOD wanted that, for what purpose I don´t know but wanted that!

I gave my back to VJ because I have to be focused in attend job interviews, and you know what I totally loose all the stress that being about to ear news from them, of watching cases being aproved in dates so close than mine.

Yesterday, when I checked My USCIS (remember, my case never worked) I just did it like a robot, without expectations, and expecting to read the same as always (case number not recognized, contact USCIS with this phone......) I didi as a daily routine (coz Monday, Wednesday and Friday) were the days when I checked that (not everyday), and what a surprise, there was the case working, and the USCIS response!

What I say, IT´S HARD, I KNOW, but try to focus on other things, when in August we filed, and I was starting to learn all the things here, that I realized that NSC was the slowest Service Center and that, when we received the NOA1 and saw that my case was routed to NSC, the levels of anxiety were really high!

Trying to mentally beig prepared to receive NOA2 in 10 to 12 months, was really hard, but happened and I mentally repared my wife and son to that!

And I just gave my back to that, yes, try to learn things about the process, of NVC and so, but in late December I just checked my case number and wasn´t working, I just told my wife to call them and inquiry about that, the answer was generic (no negative impact on the case, Case Number should be working soon) and the case number didn´t worked untill March 13!

Only 1 month ago when I realized that NSC in fact, was speeded up, and they were about to touch my case, I started to think about that again!

My advise, the same thing that I did, focuse on another things, check the case status 3 times at week, and let your NOA2 come to you.

And the most important advise : PRAY! GOD will ear you!

Wishing you the best day, and you all in this process are in my prays!
