I am just wondering if you had somehow indicated on the i130 (item 46) that the beneficiary was in the US at the time of applying, which would then require 2 the beneficiary’s photo? I didn’t send and I got through just fine. If the beneficiary isn’t in the US, I believe you will reply to the RFE and tell them that.

Hm, you're right.  I just checked the instructions, and they say, "You must submit two identical color passport-style photographs of yourself and your spouse (if he or she is in the United States) taken within 30 days of filing this petition." (pg. 6, section 5.a.3).  I must have thought it necessary for some other reason.

I received NOA2 today!!🙏🏻               Potomac Service Center                                 NOA1 - August 29th, 2017.                             NOA2 dated March 5th, 2018. Received Hard Copy on 03/10/2018.                               Sending out all my prayers to the ones who are still waiting!!! You will hear smth very soon!!!😊
