Hi ya all,

 

i have been following ya all from long time. so here is my situation. i have filed for my spouse on 14aug and then filed for my parents on 29aug. i know i should have sent all three files together but parents were not sure whether they wanted to come here but its done deal now. so kind wondering will they process all files together or not. parents have case numbers in sequence. 

 

please advice if anyone has come across such weird kind of case lol.

Monday, March 19 2018 (Day 207) : USCIS RFE ´s answer was sent via post mail to NSC .

Thursday, March 22 2018 (Day 210) : Online Case Status changed to RFE´s answer was received .

Monday, April 2 2018 (Day 221) : ¡Approved! Online Case Status now shows Case was sent to Department of State.:dance::dancing:

Wednesday, April 4 2018 (Day 223) : Case Received.

Tuesday, June 5 2018 (Day 285): Case Number assigned, welcome letter received,invoice number received, DS261 filed.

Thursday, June 7 2018 (Day 287): AOS fee paid, waiting IV package fee to be unlocked to pay it.   

Thursday, June 14 2018 (Day 294): DS-261 checked and received letter, IV package fee now unlocked. 

Friday, June 15 2018 (Day 295) : IV fee paid, waiting DS-260 to be unlocked to fill it online.

Also according to my Case Tracker app there was a couple of cases after mine that received notices for more information, and one approval from today (March 6th). I don’t know what service center they are from but my PD is August 21st Nebraska center. So I’m thinking there’s good news coming for most of us in a matter of days.

I really hope so. My pd is August 23 Nebraska Service Center. I’m starting to lose hope.

To all those that are loosing hopes, why, your NOA2 is near guys, don´t be, instead of that, try to focus on other things (I know, I know it´s hard) but what else can we do? We can´not  drive crazy! Right.

@Jane88 @Jer1234 @DaisyMae @Keo23 I wanna see your spirits up ok! Optimism ok! What´s going on, your cases are there, in front of the adjudicator! He is just reviewing it!

i agree with you Jhonny ... guys all what we need to focus now at the NVC stage we need to get every thing ready do not wait till the approval knock at your door ... you will save time.. and i hope the best you all
