Thank you, we will try to do that!

This change everyday, I print screen this line. Just yesterday sayed that I should listen something today hahaha. Also, the majority of people that received their noa2 have their case approved before the visa journey timeline. Therefore, I don't trust that line that much. I base my case timeline in the recent approvals.

Yes , mine has been moving forward, began with approval in late May early June, and it´s currently displaying:

Processing
Estimates/Stats :
Based on timeline data, your I130 may be adjudicated between April 16, 2018 and May 4, 2018*.

If this date range has passed or your application is past due per USCIS processing times then you should consider calling the USCIS to inquire on your petition. If you have been approved please update your timeline.

This is a guide, some help based on statistics, approvals and processing times, just to know when PROBABILY get our NOA2,

For example, your NOA1 was August 3, mine was August 28 and the diference of our estimated NOA2 is a month and a half, see, this are basically estimated times to help us...the true, as you well said is that mostly of approvals arrives after this dates, others not...

Like Forrest Gump says : USCIS is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're gonna get.” ...Right! :jest:

So on a completely unrelated note does anyone else get bombarded with advertisements whenever they try to visit this site on mobile?

Hey, I am on the same situation as you. My husband and I called many times USCIS yesterday with no news. How were you able to submitted an inquiry online? We tried and it the website keep saying we are in normal process time, and wouldn't let we put the inquiry. Our pd is August 3rd.

I cried yesterday because me and my husband have been in a really financial hardship, as my country is in recession, and I am unemployed. 😢 We need to start our life on the U.S. soon.

I did it the same way you did, like what @Jhonny said, egov.uscis.gov, unless they didn't tell us we're within processing times. Instead,  they took almost 2 weeks to reply and that's what we got. I'm sorry it's been hard for you and for all of us as well.

Yes & it's annoying! Only happens when I'm using my phone but not on a laptop 😡

Yes, but the ads are not covering contents so it's not too bad for me.

Those who are trying to enquire with USCIS, if you are facing problems, just contact your congressman and have the office do it. I got my response in about a week and an approval shortly after (may just be a coincidence but at this stage, there is no harm trying!)

@Pamela.J Financial hardship for the petitioner may be grounds for an expedite. Just contact your congressman and tell him everything and have him send a request on your behalf.

Our case was approved by the Nebraska Service Center two days ago but the system was only updated today. That's 6 months & 16 days since they received our case, or 28 weeks & 4 days or exactly 200 days. We received only one email from Do_Not_Reply_Lockbox@dhs.gov & received a hardcopy NOA1 in the mail. And did not see any change till today. Our USCIS number that I received in the mail worked immediately and ever since. And now we wait for NOA2 in the mail.

I'm glad to see others have already been accepted and wish everyone Godspeed to be accepted soon. This group has been encouraging and very informative; looking forward to continuing this journey with you guys. And by the way, will we stay in this topic or for the NVC stage is there a new topic?
