That evidence is enough, don't worry, Potomac will be soon issuing your NOA2.

I didn't submit photos nor chat logs etc. because I wasn't on VJ when I submitted my i130 and I didn't know about front loading. I submitted the following and got approved:

 

1) Marriage certificate

2) Papers showing my husband as the nominee to receive my retirement account money

3) Papers showing my husband as the beneficiary of my insurance endowment plans

 

Just a piece of advice, since you said you submitted original birth and marriage certificate. You may wish to get them replaced as you will need to bring them for the interview. Copies are fine for submission for both i130 and NVC stage.

When you find it out, please, let us know, but seems to be like explaining things or actions that they do with the case, for example, moving it to another center, etc... Just Guessing! This is not a confirmed advise, is just me trying to use some logic ...

@shan.ali2017 Do you mean your receipt number shows up as invalid? It happens to some of us. Mine didn't work till I got NOA2.

Hi VJ folk!

 

We just received our NOA 2 from the Texas Service center for our Ir-1/Cr-1 spousal. We petitioned on Aug 14, 2017 (NOA 1) and the notice date was Feb 14, 2018 (NOA 2). We though this would be a 9 month process as of the most recent processing times on the TSC time table. But it seems to be that the process sped up to 6 months?!
