Hello everyone. I just checked the uscis website and for the first time I got an up date that my case was sent to the Department Of State for Visa processing. @Jer1234 @Jhonny @ms_bobdog

NVC recieved my case on 08/23/2018

 

still no case number! When should I expect it ?

Congrats on finally getting NOA2, now it takes between 4 to 8 weeks to get case number after NVC received case from USCIS.

So happy and relieved for you to finally have some progress. NVC took 8.5 weeks to assign a case# for us. Sending you all positive thoughts.

pay for AOS fee first than they will give u option to pay IV Fee

That’s great that you leaving for the US. The wait is finally over for you.🙏🏻🙏🏻 I got a checklist last Saturday about a missing date on the affidavit of support form. I sent off the correction last Thursday. I hope I hear something soon. I’m also praying for jhonny that everything will be over soon for him.

Hi guys, update, I´m in U.S, yes, it was everything too too fast, because they let me know about picking up my visa last Monday and then I picked up next day morning, and at 11:30 Pm that same day I was boarding an American Airlines to Miami, everything at POE was very smooth and easy and this is my second day in U.S!

Tuesday, September 05 2017 (Day 15) :  NOA 1  (hard copy I-797 received thru post mail) (PD Aug 24 2017).

Tuesday, March 13 2018 (Day 201) : USCIS issues RFE to our case . (Case opended at least) .:dance: 

Saturday, March 17 2018 (Day 205) : USCIS RFE  arrived via post mail.

Monday, March 19 2018 (Day 207) : USCIS RFE ´s answer was sent via post mail to NSC .

Thursday, March 22 2018 (Day 210) : Online Case Status changed to RFE´s answer was received .

Monday, April 2 2018 (Day 221) : ¡Approved! Online Case Status now shows Case was sent to Department of State.:dance::dancing:

Wednesday, April 4 2018 (Day 223) : Case Received.

Tuesday, June 5 2018 (Day 285): Case Number assigned, welcome letter received,invoice number received, DS261 filed.

Thursday, June 7 2018 (Day 287): AOS fee paid, waiting IV package fee to be unlocked to pay it.   

Thursday, June 14 2018 (Day 294): DS-261 checked and received letter, IV package fee now unlocked. 

Friday, June 15 2018 (Day 295) : IV fee paid, waiting DS-260 to be unlocked to fill it online.
