Hi. So my reason was my eldest son is having a saparation anxiety and the doctors note proves it.

That's good news. Did you email them or did you mail it in? And is the doctor letter required? I'm experiencing some health issues being overseas and need to move back but want my husband to come. So I'm going to request to be expedited. I think I will get the approved if I have doctor evidence to support my claim. Let me know your thoughts.

I vote for waiting for the RFE letter. You don't want to end up mailing a package only to find out there's something else they want, and then you have to mail another package and risk both packages getting lost.

True, just have to wait again but figuring out I think I know what they needed or say we lack in furnishing so better ready it meanwhile waiting for their mail.

But  just out of curiosity, do you have the lists of what you intially sent  to those who didnt get rfe and immediately got approved?

It would be highly appreciated and a big help to compare notes for us who got rfe.....

What have you sent with your initial i130? Maybe that would help the more experienced members here to spot something you might have left out.

but one of our Closest friend told us today which she did k1 visa ages ago says it might be beneficiary passport and more pictures and conversation email we did not put a lot because we thought it was needed only during consulate interview will it matter???.....

Also, will it be an issue regarding the 2x2 pictures? must it be their right visa 2x2 requirements ? Because we did send 2x2 but just the regular one.....

We do not want to over think about it since we are getting mail but would like to be proactive furnishing stuff in advance to not cram....

Looking for an expert can give feedback or elaborate instructions that can help us ....

I think the problem is in G325a. you sent G325a instead of I130A. The current version is I-130A
