There is no form for waiver, the questions they asked you are the same question in the ds5535 form it is the same thing.

what they mean by the “proclamation” is the order that was issued by Mr Trump banning Syrian and other nationalities from getting visa to US.

basicly you saying i already applied to a weaver

I would suggest you to contact your lawyer and tell him exactly what happened and show him the paper they gave you. He will give you the best advise, I’m just sharing my interview experience with you.

That’s wonderful news. I’m still waiting for that stupid Lawyer to send off my IV package. It’s been a month since I sent DS260 and all now he can’t send off the package. I told my husband he shouldn’t used this man again to do anything. But my husband went ahead and sent all documents to him because he said he would do the affidavit of support. At this point I’m stressed out and depressed. We’ve been trying to call him for the last two weeks and he’s not answering his phone or any of our messages.

What?? Really..For him you are basically delayed..So many steps still left as in Sending the documents then getting case complete then finally the interview..How far is the lawyer's office? Just go there ask him what is he actually doing.. Seriously lawyers sometimes mess up the whole thing which make us more nervous..

His office is in Miami. My husband lives in West Palm Beach. I told him to go to his office and he keeps on saying he’s giving him until next week to reply. My PD is August 23 so it’s almost one year.

Yes.I feel so bad for you..you were supposed to get your interview date by this time..my PD is August 10.But I got my interview date already..Just ask your husband to go to the idiot lawyer's place and finish everything on that day.Don't wait for any other day.. Basically the lawyer has to fill Affidavit of Support form and send the papers. This much he can't do? God!! Then what they are for man. Here the couple are separated for one year .they should understand that.Did you send your documents to your husband??
