thanks.. but its says be preperd to pay the fees at the embassy witch says no more details about that .. amout .. when .. where ?

Some visa categories have fees paid at the interview.. but not the spouse visa.. the instructions sheet is a generic sheet for many different visa categories.

What I´ve read it´s that in the same interview you receive the instruction to pay it whatever you want, but it´s unlocked to pay it when you done your interview...

Its not a locked then unlocked payment system like the CEAC site.. usually the applicant gets a sheet with instructions on it at the interview.. but sometimes they dont. It is paid through the Elis website.. and requires information off the actual visa in order to be paid,

YEs, agree, when I say unlock is that if you are put in AP for example you don´t have to pay it, or denial, the payment is avaiable, and the instructions are received at the Embassy, and with Internet you can pay it even in the taxi going back of the interview...

Sooooooooo happy! Thank you, I hope we get the interview letter soon! Just received an email  from NVC, my husband needs to take his Ecuador Police Cerificate to the interview.
