That's is strange! We just got ours three days ago online. It open a PDF when you clicked. We did not received the forms by email. What exactly does the system say when you login?

After signing up, we supposed to get a confirmation code to moved on to the text step but haven’t received any email.

I wish I could help more. I don't know if there is a way of calling there. But if you can, I would definetly call them.

That WON¨T harm your process, the one thing who will harm you is continue waiting for IRS and delaying the Process of the CC!

When we request the IRS of my brother in law 2017 weren´t avaiable, so we move forward without them, we receive the confirmation of NVC of CC and they said take the 2017 IRS Tax Transcripts and present it at the Interview, we are going to request it tomorrow morning, but my interview date is hearing the conversation...

Do that same thing yourself and don´t delay more the process yourself...

He did requested it by mail, but it’s almost two weeks now so hopefully by the end of this week it will arrive. I told him to sent the 2017 tax paper but he said he can’t find them only the 2016 ones. He just called saying the person that filed his taxes gonna email him a copy of the 2017 tax papers. I can’t wait for this to over. My blood pressure is going up.

But you still with the idea of wait for the 2017 taxes and without follow my advise, I have no more advises than that, every day here counts...

Jhonny is right, send it without it, the worst that can happen is they give you a checklist. It keeps you moving along anyway.

I received the checklist , but they requesting it for the interview, but I already have my inteview date!!!!!

Wow, try to hire a lawyer and let us know please...what finally happened with your case...

And trust in God, everything hapens for a reason, God has a purpose behind everything, even if the understanding of WHY is happening is behind our undestanding!

Unfortunately we can't afford a lawyer. Thank you though for your suggestion. Yes, our trust in God is pretty much what gives us patience in our frustration.

how are you ... when your pettinion is byound the time frame you just call and aske for inqury you should have the answer within 10 to 15 days sometimes less than that.. and also they will expdite it for you.. trust me congreesman they dont help at all i have experince with them .. call for your self and check out

Thank you for your suggestion but we've sent 2 email inquiries in 4  months, 1 email to TSC.NCSCfollowup@uscis.dhs.gov and many phone calls already. They only told us to wait.

Me neither. No, we've been living separately for a year and haven't seen each other in the meantime. I, the beneficiary definitely can't visit the US and he is his new job can't have that long enough of vacation to visit me. If he lives in Indonesia he wouldn't be able to make enough to fulfill poverty guidelines. And we don't have anyone to be a co-sponsor. Although with the case going on this way now we've been considering to live together in Indonesia, temporarily or permanently.
