or send the 2017 tax return they will send you a cheklist then you shows the irs trancript at the appoitments

Tuff days , days of wait without news from NVC for the interview, days were you are dreaming being with your loved ones and you know that there may be a close date, but you  are not able to see it, it´s like seeing the date in a blurred paper, you know that there is something written there, but you are not able to see it!

Do it here, or send them without 2017 Tax Transcripts, they will request it for the interview, bbut don´t delay more the Scan Date, Case Complete and Interview date, send them without IRS2017 won´t harm you at all!

Me too. my priority date was August 10.Doesn't seem like I am getting an interview date in August.so My whole process almost took like a year..1 year of Patience .My God.we should write a book about it

He requested it from last Thursday, but nothing in the mail as yet.

I have to be honest, you interview is goint to be probably in late September, because sending the IV package tomorrow 14, they are going to be able to give you scan date by monday 16 very quick, then, add it 10-15 days to get CC, and after that, the unknown Interview date that they give it 45 days to 1 month in advance!

That´s why I didn´t use lawyers, or RapidVisa or anything like that, retrieving the exact information we are able to go thru this process without spnding that amount of money in a lawyer,and I knew many cases wich the lawyers delayed the process!

Yours, is one of them, you perfectly can go thru NVC without 2017 Tax Transcript!

That’s exactly what he’s doing. He’s delaying the process. We sent out i130 documents to him from May 2017 and he waited aleast two months before he sent them to uscis.
