Seven weeks before I get my welcome letter. My case was sent to the department of State on April 11. I didn’t get welcome letter until June 14.

Yes, I think that you will, from the date that I receive Welcome Letter and case number assigned to Case Completed it took less than 1 month,

now I´m in the last unknown wait date that is Interview date assign, because, after taht we will know the date of the Interview and the wait is based on a date!

Eastern Time , well ,In that case call them very early in the morning, between 7 and 9 am, that an excelent hour to call them, my wife always called them at that hour and it always communicate, this hour is bad to call them!

I agree ... whenever we call NvC.We basically call within an hour before their  closing..They easily pick up.
