Hi everyone! Just checked the status of my petition for my mom and it says "At NVC" so I went ahead and called them to confirmed. And yes, finally CC!!!!!! Thankful to GOD for hearing my prayers. Thanks to everyone who encouraged me and supported me throughout this journey! For those of you who are still waiting for CC, just hang in there guys! Stay positive and pray, pray, pray!!! ☺️☺️☺️

I received via E-mail a checklist, I don´t understand anything!?

 

Why if my Visa Case Status shows at NVC I received a Checklist?

i Don´t understand! Now I´m feeling lost and sad again! :(

Maybe it says you need to bring it to the consulate interview?  Does that mean the status "at NVC" does not mean Case Complete 100%

IRS Taxes of 2017 for my brother in law (were not avaiable at the moment of submitting the documents).

New Police Records Certificate for Colombia!

 

My wife just called and they said that is Case Completed but to bring those documents for The Interview!

I already knew this but, hey, name that a Checklist, wow that scared me!

Glad it's all sorted out.  I am still waiting for case number.  For some reason for non pivot, case number is really slow now.  Maybe 9 weeks now.  I hope for a fast CC at least.

YEs, I was scared but I already knew that I have to update my Colombian Police Records and to bring the IRS2017 (were not avaiable by that moment)

But, well reaffirmed CC and they will shedule the interview!

I have to bring those documents to the Interview and everything should be fine.

I hope you get your case number fast.

After Case Number everything goes fast, believe me!

I need your help with NVC process. I'm on Step 2 Paying Fees.

✅Chose an agent DS-261

✅Received Invoice for AOS fee and Checklist

✅Paid Affidavit of Support Fee $120

◽Waiting for IV fee invoice (how long after first fee?)

◽Waiting to pay IV Free

 

When do I submit the AOS checklist items? Now or after I pay IV fee? Is it the same as I-864?

You send ALL in one package BUT inside the same pckage separated:

Package 1   IV Package.

Package 2:  AOS.

Package 3: Other Supporting Documents.

You can send that immediately after paying the last fee (doesn´t matter you haven´t filled DS-260) I did it like that!
