Noa1 was received on august 27. I did some research for ir-2. A lot of them getting the approval from USCIS ranging 4-6 months. Still fingers crossed that it wouldn’t be that long. Good luck everyone.

Hi,

Has anyone tried or thought about a K3 visa in tandem with the i130?

We got our PD in Aug from Nebraska but now with the processing times getting pushed out so much and us living overseas currently, we are considering trying for a K3 so at least we can move over to the US when that is approved, as opposed to now waiting what could be another year to move back.

If our K3 goes to a different service centre, I think we should be okay but not sure if they all go to the same one? Nebraska is so annoyingly slow!

Unfortunatelly don´t think January 2018, I´m thinking more late March - April 2018, but January, as an average, don´t think so really!

Yes, this date is reasonable, mine is about 25 May - 5 June an has been static since that last change, FOR THE RECORDS, remember that this is an  hypothetical date, based on VJ´s statistics etc... It could be soon or late than that date!

can you send me a link on when I can know the dates please?

Good Morning,

My case was also placed in Nebraska, but , as you cannot track it online,my wife send the case on Aug 21 and my P.D is August 24, but when I type my case in USCIS or in the App´s it only show Case not Found... Should at least say : Case received, but nothing!

What shows your LIN# ?

Your P.D is a little earlier than mine!

Have a great day!
