Hi

We came to USA on July 18th, family based immigration. Me, two daughters and my wife (american citizen).  I have received two green cards (today which was fast) for me and my little daughter however i didn't receive my elder daughter one (she is 9)

When I tried to check using the receipt I receive the following error

Validation Error(s)
You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding:

  • User-Defined Error

Is this normal?  I tried to call USCIS but it was too late they are closed for the weekend

Error message is not uncommon unfortunately. The arrival of 2 cards so quickly is very unusual!! But separating  family members who arrived together is not. My husband received his card in 5 weeks... mine took 7 months !! It will come

Oh wow :D

Yea it was really weird that her didnt' come, I thought mine will be delayed because I'm a man, old etc. but didn't expect the kid to be left out. I just submitted an inquiry through their website but I know they are slow..

We are blessed that ours arrived really quick, I need it to open a bank account.

Regards
Tarek

Normal processing is 120 days from POE  USCIS won't do anything more for your inquiry until it is after this.  You can do everything you need using the stamped visa.

Can we apply for her to get the US Citizenship?

Just an udpate, we actually got a call from USCIS after filling an inquiry (which was nice). they told us that this is normal and that it might take up to 4 months and that we were lucky to receive them in such short notice (which is true indeed). they said it's not necessary to treat us as family and therefore receive all cards at the same time.

Now we can only wait for it to arrive.
