Long story short, a co worker who i really don't know, asked me about petitioning a prior beneficiary, how it will affect her new petition. I told her i have my own journey to worry about!!

Apparently she married a man from Canada 14 years ago, they divorced 7 years ago. Now she is married to another Canadian, and has no idea if her ex  is a us citizen or left the country. Apparently she says he has worked enough quarters.  They haven't had contact since the divorce. She asked me if she needs to  add him to her AOS. I told her i have no idea, so i thought i'd ask here if anyone has any idea.

Thanks for any replies

Is this about the financial sponsorship?

She should either look for her ex-husband and see if he is a US citizen now. Or, she should add the ex and the new husband to her household size.

Yes, that's what she is worried about i guess. I was thinking the same.
