Hi all,

 

Does anyone here have any experience with requesting and being granted a modified oath due to lack of religious belief? I'm planning on asking this at the interview stage. I've read of other people requesting this to the IO at the interview, but I'm curious to hear also from other people's experiences.

It depends on what type of modification allowed. If you simply don't want to include the 'so help me God,' you can request it at the interview without any proof required.
