Likely not.

Please provide the following:

1. Your age
2. Your marital status
3.When did you enter the country and are you still legally in the US
4. Is your father a US Citizen or a Green Card Holder?  (cannot be both!)

 

 

With these we may be able to guide you how long this will take if at all possible.  Anything from 2 years to 14 years (if at all) and very very likely you have to leave the US.

I entered 4 months ago as a visitor to meet my parents and brother

Yeah he is a us citizen

So he can file for you and presumably you have 2 months left to visit. Will be some time before you can immigrate.

They can file for you - will take about 7 years if you remain unmarried.  Please leave on time!  You will end up with bans etc if you don't- never misuse a B1/B2 visa. 

 

Unless of course you find an alliance here and marry a citizen.  You CANNOT stay.

do keep in mind marrying someone just to get a greencard is fraud and will get you removed from the us with a ban

Of course- i only said it from a cultural understanding where arranged marriages are normal.
