OMG I have a similar case! I can't even begin tell you how stressful these past few days have been. :(

I went to our local UPS store last Saturday, Oct 29 to mail out my AoS application (I-130 & I-485), so of course I used USCIS physical address instead of the PO Box. Paid 80+ bucks for Monday delivery. I was hoping it can be filed with October applicants because my passport is expiring soon. Long story short, turned out UPS sent my package via USPS Priority Express that says guaranteed delivery by Tuesday Oct 31 but was not delivered until today - 5 days later! I had to be passed around several folks in USPS in Chicago for the last 3 days before I was able to finally  get an update.

Anyway, it says my package was delivered to the mail room, in Chicago, 60604 so now I am even more confused.  The zipcode written on the label is 60603. Hopefully is means the same office/location?  Here's a screenshot:

At least you get your money back for it not delivered on Oct 31?

USPS auto-populated the destination zip code on my package to 60680-4187, meanwhile the website has it as 60680-4120.

that's what it says, but UPS and USPS are tossing me around as to whom should give me the refund. I will try call them again today to  get this straightend out.

On the zip code, I think it should be okay. They usually say it's because their system is not updated but as long as the first 5 digits are the same we should not worry too much.

Hopefully you got your refund soon, at least that way you didn't pay for the crappy service and mailed the package to USCIS for free.

Yeah, I'm glad the zip code, wasn't the culprit, someone must have sorted it out incorrectly that it arrived in 60624. Luckily, despite it being a holiday, tracking still update throughout the weekend, and it was delivered yesterday. ^_^
