No, you don't. Is your current income that matters. Include letter from employer and paystubs.

JA looks at the last two years of income.  Make sure you have an employee letter and 6 months of check stubs,. Be prepared with a co sponsor, since you have a limited work history.  They are very strict about your ability to financially support your fiance.

I have pay stubs and maybe i could find a co sponsor but not sure, but my job doesn't give employee letter for visa purpose. So what can be the next move I make?  My employer doesn't give employer letters but I do have all of my information from my job like when i started working and how much I get paid per hour

I requested a letter from my HR department stating my full name, the position I held within the company, the date I began in that position, my date of original employment (since I started in one position and transferred to another position) and my current salary amount on the official company letterhead . They didn't ask what specifically it was for (I had needed it as a supporting document for my home loan; I've asked for an updated one to put with my support documentation since I have been in my position and pay rate for less than 2 years.
