Per the 5-years rule, i am eligible for N400 now and  collecting all required and optional documents for submission online. it takes time to have them all ready. After reviewing lots of posts for N400 checklist,  here is my list to upload. thanks for any comments.

Required:

1, photocopy of GreenCard

2, Photocopy of the marriage certificate.

3, Certified copy of court order for legal name change after becoming Permanent Resident

Optional:

1, IRS joint Tax Return Transcript (2016-2012 Tax year) ---IRS also offers Tax account transcript, which is different. ..dont know if USCIS also accept this.

2, Photocopy of  ID (Including Passport profile page, U.S. Driver License, SSN card , Employee ID )-- dont know if they are necessary, but it's not a hurt though.

3, photocopy of the family Health insurance card and joint auto insurance card , showing current husband and wife family relationship on the insurance policy )

4, photocopy of the joint house property Tax document and ownership document ----this can be replaced with joint bank account or joint utility account.

since my permanent resident was not due to marriage to U.S. citizen, and husband and wife are applying for N400 independently on their own.  i dont know if  i need so much hard evidences in the aspect of current marriage(both of us are the first marriage ). i think the joint Tax file and house property joint ownership will be convincing enough.

ATTENTION!!!   Minneapolis N400 filers,  please use the link below to review others or update your status .!  Changes will be saved automatically. Best luck to all of us!

looks like a good list ! just filed mine and it was similar to your case  ,, I would say no need for the IDs ,, If you have any trips like plane tickets together or any utility bills like joint cable or phone bills together would be a great addition to your filing ! . good luck
