Make photocopies of all of your documents too.  Bring the photocopies to the interview in case they will accept a photocopy to be placed in your file instead of keeping the original of any document they request to see (it's always nice to hang onto any originals you can for your own records because you may need it later on down the road, either for immigration purposes or anything else in life, and as time passes certified copies of documents can become more difficult to obtain).
