Some Clarification is needed for good advise...  First, are you currently in the USA and assume the guy you are in a relationship with is a USC..    If you have a 10 year greencard that means you either have completed Removal of conditions (2 yr GC converted to 10 yr GC) or you were married to the petitioner for more than 2 years at the time you entered the USA.    So clarify the above.  BUT... if you are in the USA already with a 10 year greencard then there is nothing to be denied, no petition etc if he is a US Citizen.  You do not need to stay married to your current husband to be allowed to stay get a divorce and proceed with your life.  If you have already returned to your country then how long you have been outside of the USA will determine if you have effectively abandoned your greencard and need to be petitioned for a new VISA (either K-1 or Spousal) or not.   If only a short time in home country then your greencard will get you back into the USA and you can go and see how it works out...  In any case, give the community some more details of your current immigration situation and you'll get better advise.

Good Luck.

You may be subject to wait 5 years to be able to petition for the new husband.

So you are in the USA with a 10 year greencard and not yet a USC and want to bring your love from your home country to the USA..  I'm afraid for a GC holder to bring their spouse to the USA it is a VERY VERY long process.  If you wanted to pursue this it would be better to gain your US Citizenship if you are eligible to do so and then Petition him.   Be aware that if you are out of the USA for an extended period of time (generally more months out than IN) that you can lose your greencard.    So think carefully about this and rather you want a life in the USA to be part of your future or not...If you lose  your Greencard because of lack of presence in the USA you probably don't have a path back to the USA.  Whereas if you gain citizenship and decide to move over to be with him and it doesn't work out your options to return to the USA still exist.
