Hello everyone, I wanted to ask, if last year's taxes are not enough,

but this year my fiancee is earning more than what was requested, I can show in the interview that he earns more money with pay stubs and work letter where he says What are you currently earning or are they just looking at the taxes? Has anyone ever happened to you? Or should you definitely have a sponsor even though you are earning enough this year? thank you very much

What matters most with the I-134 is the current expected annual income :) If your fiancee meets the 100% poverty guideline (or 125% if the embassy follows the I-864 requirement), it should be fine. That's why it is good to bring a letter from her employer and pay stubs.

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.
