Still strange, so you could THEORETICALLY cheat if it's not what you wanted it to be.
It should at least be noted somewhere that person X had a medical at clinic Y.
But maybe I'm thinking too German!

I am not sure, I would bet a good lawyer would argue with this. You dont even see the documents and they are not submitted by you. Anyhow, no one should try it, but was just curious from a legal point.

Yes, In many of the Eastern European countries they will give you the sealed package. Maybe the direct transfer is only a German thing.

You dont know the result of the report and if you open it it is deavlued. Any new Xray would show the same. So, this may help only in cases like the OP has...

Yep, might be correct.
I only got the copy of my vaccination sheet + xray dvd in hands. 
Everything else was forwarded to the consulate.

You (example) lied to the doctor who filled in the forms, the forms are sent to immigration officers at the embassy who will then decide if you will get your visa or not - this means you're not only lying to the doctor, you're lying to the immigration officers at the embassy.

 

That same documents will then be handed over to USCIS in the US, again to immigration officers. So yes, of course it's misrepresentation to more than just some foreign doctor. Those documents determine if you should get immigration benefits or not, if you withhold information or lie you can definitely end up in trouble.

I highly doubt you can just swing to another clinic if the result doesn't please you, or if you screwed stuff like in this case.

Thank you!! Will see what happens .  He told me he did not see a psychologist at his medical which is strange? I thought people got screened for that as well.
