My wife sent her n400 document on last 30th july to USCIS.. today we have noticed the mistake.. :(

She was supposed to write COUNTY  name. but mistakely she has written COUNTRY  name!! what should be done now??

Generally, missing or incorrect information can be fixed at time of interview. In some cases, not this one, USCIS may reject the case altogether for lack of information.

 

In this case, I wouldn't worry about it. You can prepare an amended N400 for the interview, if you prefer. If USCIS sends it back for missing information, then you should correct it. Otherwise, wait until the interview or it might be ok. It's a pretty small mistake.

Customer care is notorious for giving out wrong information.  Do not send anything to USCIS unless they send you something in writing requesting it.  Sending it now will confuse them, at best.

 

If they deem it a huge error on your part, USCIS will send back the entire application (highly unlikely since this is such a tiny error).
