Hi! I'm not sure if im at the right page. I wish you could help me.

My step dad petitioned my mom thru k1 fiance visa. Then my step dad included us in the petition too. But I am just the only one who is here at US and my mom. My brother and sister didn't yet go here because they want to finish their school first back in our country. But now they are graduating. So they want to go here too. How will we process their papers? Will we start a new petition?

When was your mom issued the K-1 visa? If it was less than 1 year ago, then your sister can utilize follow-to-join to obtain a K-2 visa. ETA: probably a month or two depending on embassy.

Otherwise, for your sister your USC stepdad can file an I-130. ETA: ~1 year form filing to visa in hand

As for your brother...how old was he when your mom and stepdad got married? If he was under 18, then he can use the same process as your sister. Otherwise, you mom has to file for him. ETA: ~2 years. He shouldn't age out (turn 21) if she files fairly soon.

My mom had the k1 visa june 2014 and my brother was 16 yrs old when they got married. Oh okay. So their petition before will no longer be valid? I thought we can just like reopen it or somehing. Its just my guess. 😅 Thank you so much for your help! :)

Correct. The I-129F no longer has any validity (it only matters to the beneficiary, not derivatives anyway), and follow-to-join is unavailable since it's been over a year. Your brother and sister will qualify as eligible stepchildren for IR-2 visas if the father applies. ETA: ~1 year from filing to visa in hand.

No, there's no re-opening it here. It needs to be a new petition (an I-130). One is needed for each stepchild (which means they have their own separate fees...yuck).
