Will speed ticket citation be written in the N400 form ?

Timeline

I agree with the above posts supporting that you DO have to mention those citations. You have absolutely nothing to lose but gain here. Disclosing those citations will only help you demonstrate honesty- which is needed when trying to prove good moral character. I disclosed two traffic citations - one speeding ticket and one failure to stop at stop sign. I also obtained copies of the tickets and proof that I paid them and I attached them to the N-400 application.  I even wrote a short explanation for both tickets.Both tickets were under $500, they did not involve drugs or alcohol consumption, and I did not have to go to court for them. I simply paid them and moved on. Do I worry about these tickets? Hell NO, I am at peace with them! That's because I know I disclosed them and I sent everything possible about them (perhaps more than necessary). I hope you do the same for your own peace of mind. Otherwise you run the risk to see your mind running in circles, wondering what's going to happen at the interview when the officer gets to that particular question.

06-06-2017 - Credit card charged; received text and email confirming that application was received and NOA is on its way

06-10-2017 - Received NOA letter from NBC dated 06-05-2017

06-16-2017 - Received Biometrics Appointment Letter for 06-28-2017

01-19-2018 - Interview Letter sent

02-27-18 - Interview and Oath Ceremony. Finally US CITIZEN!
