Not much has been changed since the Trumps lived here, the kitchen is original and the opulent furnishings represent the style and affluence in which the Trumps would have lived. This is a unique and special opportunity to stay in the home of a sitting president.

Located in Queens, the home is just a short trip into New York City aboard the F-Train, which is easily walkable, just a few blocks away.

The President Donald J. Trump Childhood Home sleeps 20 guests in its 5 Bedrooms, has a full kitchen, internet and Cable TV. The Trump Childhood home has space for a meeting or conference and is the perfect accommodation for a New York Vacation.

Seems like a lot of people for 5 bedrooms. Does it have a dormitory?

EDIT: Just looked at the pictures. Indeen it does. Way to keep it classy, what with the black metal ikea-appearing bunkbeds. Exactly how Trump would have lived :)

Also love the cut out of Trump in the corner. Don't sneak downstairs for a glass of water. That would freak the heck out of me.

If it makes you feel better, a cardboard cutout of Hillary Clinton would have the same impact.

Why would anyone want a life size cut out of a person in the corner of their room?

You seem to overlook the marketing aspect of this place.

But the "I'm scared of a cardboard cutout" kinda said it all.

I'll happily admit my concern.

I also don't like dolls, stuffed animals and such at night. It's the eyes. Don't want to wake up and have something looking at me creepily.

I seem to recall a stuffed bear as a child that I used to think would grow horns and fangs if I stared long enough. Probably started with that. Likely a deep seeded issue.

Edit: I'm not overlooking anything. I'm sure this place is going to be popular among a certain group. Though I'm still not sure a cardboard cutout provides them with any more marketability.

Well, it's as easy as not going there.

The people who do want to go there, I doubt they care about such trivial things, or they grow out of that kind of imaginative childishness around the age of my daughter. But then again, some don't.

Of course they don't care about those things.

The people who want to go there will likely think that a cardboard cut out in the corner is somehow "Opulent". They will feel like they are living the life of Trump. Just like the metal bunk beds. So classy.

I'm perfectly happy in my corner rather than theirs.
