In that I agree with you.  No real crime in Benghazi, and that is why the investigation was done by Congress since the allegations against Hillary were political (i.e. she lied to the American people along with her Boss and his spokespeople).  I don't remember a special prosecutor/investigator ever being appointed.  So again, I ask you what is the underlying crime Mueller is investigating?

Manafort goes to jail for a year or so al la Scooter Libby since all Mueller can find is some procedural crime of someone saying something slightly different to one Democratic Lawyer then one of the other Democratic Lawyer.  It really looks as if Mueller is looking for procedural crimes now since the DNC hack was an inside job and not the work of the Russians as the false narrative would make you think, and Mueller has to make it look good.  The other option is that Mueller keeps this wide open for as long as possible to do what he can to impact the DNCs chances in 2018.
