Hi Everyone

 

I have received an email from USCIS with my case number and I received the Form I-797C notice of action that I included on this email, I went to  myUSCIS website to check the status of my application and I see that my case was received it also says to "follow the instructions in the notice" but I do not see any instructions to follow on the form I-797C. is that ok? should be worry about anything? or is this normal that I did not get any further instructions beside letting them know of any name or address change?

 

I just  want to make sure I am not missing anything, any suggestion would be greatly appreciated :)

Yes, that is completely normal. You do not have to do anything unless you need to correct any incorrect names or dates,or update your address. Now the wait for NOA2 begins. Good luck! :)

August 9, 2018: AOS Interview (Approved)

August 9, 2018: "Card in Production"

August 16, 2018: Green card in hand

 

 

May 2020: ROC!
