So I called NVC and I was given 29th November. I don't understand HOW that's possible when I would have been top of the list in terms of CC date. IM absolutely so angry. The girl on the phone at NVC didn't give me any indication as to why I was given such a late date.

If you look in the first post of the thread there's a link to a spreadsheet where you can view how busy the Manila embassy is - it's the best way to guess how long it might take for you Or find other people who are doing CR1/IR1 from the same country and look at their timelines.

First scan date was July 7th, realized I forgot a document. Second scan date 

August 16. Just checked. Looks like a case complete!!! Will call Monday to verify!! Hopefully interview first of December to have hubby home for Christmas!

When looking at SC to CC for everyone it seems to be coming up faster on average. I feel like my life has been put on "pause" since I started this journey, and can't wait to press the "play" button again.

Haha same here. We didn't celebrate our 1st anniversary together, so I really pray we do celebrate Christmas together this year. Good Luck to you guys.

I understand, but don't be angry. Look at the bright side. At least you're out of the NVC nightmare, you don't sleep worrying about getting a checklist, you have an interview date, and will be out of the journey in less than a year. Some people have been in this journey for more than a year when looking at the Spreadsheet. Maybe there is a reason behind your date. At the end of the day you're almost guaranteed that you guys will be reunited for Christmas. Isn't it a wonderful Christmas gift ? Good Luck for what's next.
