Sometimes, things doesnt work out.

The petitioner cheated and lied to me.

Idk if you would want to be with someone who will cheat and lie to you.

And also, i am thinking about the future. I didnt say i would file right away as in now.

And that suffer means he doesnt want me to be happy, cause he is crazy, and after treating me like , he still want me to continue the relationship.

I am.not suffering in the philippines cause i love our country. Its not about the country

he doesnt want you to be happy?

you control the way you live your life, not him, thus you control your happiness.

Hopefully God puts the right man in your path, but don't just focus on going to the US as the end of your tunnel, you have to be open to any man. What if your soon to be is just somewhere around there in the Philippines? or somewhere in Europe? etc.

Let's not jump to conclusions VJ fam. If He cheated the outrage should be on him and pitty for this poor woman. Love denied would be lifelong suffering no matter where you live, wouldn't we agree? I would seriously offer to pay back his filing fee for a formal withdrawal.

You couldnt tell if someone will cheat on you.

He stayed in my country for 5 months, and there is no cheating.

He did when he get back to the US.

Even if he cheated, he still wanna work it out but I dont want anymore.

Thank you so much for the advices.

And this guy got crazy, as in literal, like he get what he wants and make sure i will not find someone else but inly him.

I am just thinking about the future. My future. If ever i would meet someone again for which is not impossible.

And cause he is crazy, there is nothing i can do for him to cancel the petition.

Again, i really appreciate all your comments and taking time to respond to me. Thank you so much

Yes he is crazy. After the cheating and lying stuff, he still want me to go to US.

My case is ready for medical and interview, and I might have been leaving philippines in 1 month or 2.

If i only wanted to migrate, i can do it.

I am looking for true love. For serious marriage and not for citizenship.

I am just thinking about the future and what ifs. I want to close the issue in visa that we started. Cause we never know what will happen in the future.

But thank you so much. I really appreciate your comments

I cant understand why it would be a problem after it expires. After a yr, without any action, that means both parties are not interested anymore.

The petitioner seems to be crazy, and doesnt wanna cancel it. But relationship doesnt work that way.

Also, if i am already married in the philippines after a yr, why would it cause denial? I mean, i cannot cancel it and things sometimes doesnt work out.

Does that mean, if someone filed for me at 1st, then it doesnt work out, and the petitioner doesnt wanna cancel it, so ill suffer for the rest of my life.

Heres the thing ate

i apologized dear vjers for writing ing tagalog

kahit sino naman ate iisipin na you're after immigrating kung within a year makakahanap ka ng bago diba?

kahit nga ang petitioner kapag nagpetition within two years nakuquestion eh its the same with us

Sorry but your originally post came off like you dumped him and already found another. That caused many to misjudge your intentions.

It is still early and a lot of emotions involved, he may change his mind. Think of this also, if he finds another pinay he will have to withdraw his petition for you in order to file again.

Good luck in your quest for love.

Let me get this straight, your ex-fiance petitioned you but things didn't work out so you are trying to find a way to withdraw yourself

or like many have said, wait a year until it expires. For me, this means your relationship just ended days or weeks ago, but somehow

you are already asking if this can affect your 2nd petition before your 1st expires.

If you can get engaged to two different USC within ONE year and somehow talk them into petitioning you right away, clearly you are meeting

USC for the sole purpose of migrating. I hope they outright reject you and put a ban on you.

If she had any ill intent, she would proceed with this petition, get the K1 and go. She is honest enough to admit it didn't work out. This is a support forum not a judgement forum and she is asking for FUTURE petitions she didn't say she has someone lined up.

Wow this post has received so many negative feedback. I mean I do agree that the OP does seem quite fishy.

But that doesn't mean we shouldn't offer her/him advice.

Like stated before, the best thing to probably do is wait till the guy is calmed down and ask him to withdraw the petition.

Otherwise if the OP has any evidence that the petitioner did cheat, then they should start gathering it. This way when

the next time an American wants to petition them, they can say why the other K-1 visa petition was left to expire.

To the OP, I'm sorry that things did not work out for you and your fiance, idk how long ago you guys ended your relationship and I also don't know if you're still in the grieving stage of ending a relationship, but something sounds fishy that you are already looking to the future of trying to get another K1 (kind of sounds like you have something lined up already).

I don't think she's looking, seems that she already found somebody better so "it didn't work out" with the guy who spend time and money to petition her.  I'd be pissed too if I were the petitioner being dumped last minute for a bigger fish.  But after some time passes, and the emotions settle down, he will realize that she did him a favor.  Marrying this type of woman is like a punishment.

Does she send the money and then trusts that he withdraws or does he withdraw and she the sends the money?  I wouldn't trust the other person in either case.  No way that would work without some kind of escrow... LOL

Hi everyone, I would like to ask if someone here have experienced our case.

Our case is ready for the medical and interview, however, it didn't work out between the two of us.

i have heard that the petitioner should send an email and call them, but my ex fiance doesn't wanna' do that.

if i will be the one to email them, will they acknowledge it? How long does it take to have that cancelled? Or should i just wait for the NOA 2 to expire by november?

Also, if ever someone will file for a petition for me again, can he file while our status is pending?

Will it affect our visa? Should we file for a fiance or better a marriage visa?

thank you so much for your help.

The fact that you are already talking about filing with someone else is a red flag. It seems that you are not really in a bona fide relationship.
