Hi!

So I have submitted my DS-260 and am ready with all my documents except my Police Clearance Certificate.

I am trying to apply online for the PCC but there is some glitch with the website and its not accepting my application.

Can I send in my documents without the PCC and then wait for NVC to notify me of the absence of the PCC; upon which I'll send it over (Because I'm hoping I will have received it by then)

It takes about 15-30 days to acquire the PCC and I'm looking to expedite the process of obtaining my F3 immigration visa in any way I can because I'm turning 21 this October!

Please advise.

If you wait until NVC sends you a checklist for a missing document (after 11 weeks), it will "reset the clock", and it will delay your case for another 11 weeks.  You should wait for your PCC before sending documents to NVC.....imo.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

You are very welcome.  Unfortunately, I am speaking from experience on this one because that is exactly what happened to us...Best of luck.
