I am applying for the USA K 1 visa for my fiancee from Poland.  My fiancee and I are temporarily living together in the UK until our work visas expire in 3 months and we both have to go back to our countries.

I am a bit confused on how to fill out the physical address part of the application.

I have my parents house in USA which I'm using as my mailing address and my fiancee's intended place to live. Since I'm about to send the application while still living abroad because we don't want until November when we return to our countries, should I use the address in UK as my physical address (from Jan 2017 to present), or should I state the date when I'm done living in UK even though I haven't left yet? I don't want to put my address in the USA with future dates because it seems wrong. I will be coming back to that address in USA though. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you are not living in US for more then a year you will not be able to file petition for fiancé , USCIS might approve it but Embassy will deny it , US citizen must be living in US and have a job to support their finace + they wana see your tax returns.

I have seen cases here on VJ who were rejected by the embassy with similar situations.

Good luck

That is incorrect.  You CAN apply for a K1 from abroad, as long as the US citizen petitioner can show proof they will move back to the USA before or at the same time as the foreign fiance, and as long as they can satisfy the financial requirements, such as through sponsoring via assets or a co-sponsor.

Op- just use your current address, and then make sure to change your address when moving back.

I have lived in the USA for 10 years now. Like I said, I'm only abroad temporarily until November. Then going back to the same address in USA.

I also meet all the requirements like financial, met in person since we're basically living together in the UK, legal to marry etc. My only doubt was filling out my a dress history.

My fiancee and I were thinking to put the a dress in UK listed as present. Then put an attachtment to say they I'm moving back to USA in November.
