My previous I20 was terminated for failure to maintain full time enrollment. I was going through a tough time personally my senior year of college (struggled to deal with grief). I left the country 7 weeks after the termination date, debating if I should apply for reinstatement.

1) Can I apply for ESTA? or would it most likely get rejected or even worse turned away at the border?. (I would of course mention the dates of my overstay)

2) Can I apply for a new F1 visa in the future? (If possible I would like to finish my degree someday).

3) have I accrued any unlawful presence?

Any help would be appreciated.

1. I assume you were D/S so maybe no overstay.

2. Yes

3. Probably not

You can ask your college to give you a new i-20 to finish college. Why would you not do that? You can then go to get a new F1. If you have any evidence about what you were going through (something basic, like a death certificate), you can take that.

If you don't go to finish your degree relatively soon, you won't be able to do it due to rules at the colleges. There is like a limit of time you can take off. Probably one or two years is OK. You are a senior so I'm guessing you have close to nothing left.

I doubt you got into any problem of unlawful presence/visa problem because you have like 60 days to leave. 7 weeks is less than that.
