I did a mistake!!!!! We got married on 07/11/2014. However, in the form I mistyped and filed: 07/11/2015. What should I do????? I cannot sleep thinking about it. Can I send more documents while the case is pending?? We submitted everything in June 2017. 

 

I enclosed these documents: do you think this is enough?? Or can i send more documents?? Please, HELP!! 

 

 

I am enclosing the following: 

 

• Application fee - $595 + $85 (biometric service fee)
• Form I-751
• Copy of Cassio’s Criminal Record
• Copy of USCIS Form I-551 (Permanent Resident Card)
• Copy of Marriage Certificate
• Copy of Birth Certificate of our child Cecilia
• Copy of Birth Certificate of our child Arthur 
• Copy of our joint US tax return for the year 2016, 2015 and 2014
• Copy of our Quitclaim Deed of property located at Natick showing joint ownership
• Copy of our joint property insurance letter showing joint ownership
• Copy of Promissory Note, Security Agreement and Contract showing joint ownership of timeshare of Villa Del Palmar Cancun located in Cancun, Mexico 
• Copy of the title of our car showing joint ownership
• Copy of our 3 recent bank statements from our joint account at Citizens Bank
• Copy of St. Mary’s Credit Union bank showing payment of our joint account
• Copy of Clarissa’s Tuition Statement from Northeastern University School of Law
• Copy of utility bill from Eversource under Arthur's name
• Copy of Monthly Mortgage Statement under Arthur's name
• Copy of our health insurance cards showing a joint policy
• Copy of our health insurance eligibility approval notice 
• Original Affidavit of Support of our marriage written by Glayde  (Arthur's mother)
• Original Affidavit of Support of our marriage written by Flavia (Clarissa’s mother)
• Copy of photographs

I'm in no way qualified to give you accurate information, you may want to seek advice from an immigration attorney, but if I were in your shoes I would immediately send them a letter with my receipt number explaining my mistake.  good luck
