South Korean Police Clearance

My fiancee is from the Philippines but she worked in a band in South Korea in the early 90's.  Can anyone help us figure out who she has to talk to to get her police clearance from South Korea?

PHILIPPINES ONLY!!!  CFO (Commission on Filipinos Overseas) INFO - Can't leave home without it!

 

PDOS (Pre-Departure Registration and Orientation Seminar) is for ages 20-59.  Peer Counseling is for 13-19 years of age.

It is required to have the visa in their passport for PDOS and Peer Counseling.

 

GCP (Guidance and Counseling Program) is for K-1 Fiancee and IR/CR-1 spouse ONLY.

If she is currently in the Philippines, refer to this link: http://embassy_philippines.mofa.go.kr/english/as/embassy_philippines/visa/Authentication/index.jsp

 

ETA: Make sure your fiancee tell the embassy that she needs a search on her entire record including criminal and investigation records and that this certificate is for immigration purpose. Can't be too safe.

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

Maybe I will piggyback here.  She just told me that she spent 11 months in Ireland.  I prefer we just go ahead and have the clearance ready rather than wait and see if they ask for it.  Would the process be the same?  Is there an Irish Embassy or Consulate in Manila?
