Hi Guys I am currently preparing my paper work on removing the conditions on my green card and needs some help.

 

1. I am filing for CR1 and CR2, do I need to fill out 2  I-751 form ro just includ the CR2 on part 5 of the form as stated on the instruction guide?

 

2. As per the fees it says  Form I -751 is $595.00 with a biometric fee of $85.00 and each conditional dependent  eligible for inclusion on the principal petitioner's form I-751 and listed under part 5 of form I-751 is required to submit and additional $85.00, do I need to pay $595.00 + $85.00 for CR1 and $595.00 + $85.00 for CR2 ?

 

3. I was going through the example forms and notice the one filled out only has 5 pages however the current I-751 form has 11 pages, is there any other updated fill out form on VJ that  I can review ?
