It just mines the lines are busy and they cannot accept anymore calls. Try calling in the morning when the open at 6am ET time or before they close 12:00am ET time.

Ill try that thank you. Is imit possible that the NVC will send me instructions after they see the fact that i paid all my fee's and submitted my ds-260 and nothing else.

Im in Hungary. Is it possible that the NVC will send me this welcome letter after 30days of submitting my ds-260? Or will they send me some sort of instructions after they see that i sent in a ds-260.

No, they should have sent you this before you submitted the DS-260. They won't even look at it until you send all the other documents.

They should have sent you the welcome letter regardless if you paid the fees or completed the DS-260. You should be fine. But like @SabRob have your attorney and yourself dig through your emails. It should have been sent.

That's normal, it will say that until they complete reviewing your documents. When it will say "At NVC" - that's how you know they are done with your case.

Ask your attorney when he mailed the documents. Then call NVC to verify they received your documents and get a scan date from them. Processing should take up to 11 weeks but I would not call them until you have reached 9 weeks past scan date.

Moving forward, your attorney should have more communication with you and should go over the NVC process with you. Attorney charge a lot and they should live up to their job duties and responsibilities.

I agree with you completely! I planned on email the attorney again next week. I dont want to cause some sort of conflict as i probably already got on his nerves many times trying to figure things out. But you guys helped me out so much so i am very thankful for you guys! I will ask him when he submitted my documents and see what he says!

Thats crazy! I would of never thought about that. So if my attorney did infact submit all my documents then basically the case will be closed within 11 weeks?

Email your attorney right away. Remember that you are the client and he is there to provide guidance and advise but do so in a professional manner and I'm sure you will not get on his nerves. Once he gives you the delivery date, call NVC to confirm scan date and then start counting down the clock!

This is confusing. If you have submitted DS260 then you should have gotten the Cover Sheet. Check your email or ask your attorney about it.
