All Fee Paid & DS-260 submitted electronically

 

AOS & IV Package sent on Aug 1st, 2017

 

Called NVC this morning, they said they got the documents I sent on Aug 3rd, 2017.

 

Also, they said have to wait 11 weeks to get the results??? That is like 3-month long process to review the case.

 

I thought only takes them 60 days to process these documents.

 

Is that because there is 1 month off per their fiscal year? Like in October?

i don't know but some people got their case completed in 6 weeks

same date with you i sent 08/01 and i hav'nt yet called nvc

Yes, I did.

 

& I called them as well. They said they received the package.

 

You should call them. When you call them, please ask them about the time to take to process these documents.

 

I heard on the phone..The rep. said 11 weeks!!!!! Even though I think it doesn't make any sense to take that long.

 

But could be related to the end/start of fiscal year. Could be the rep. just a "doo doo".

 

I hope someone with more experiences regarding this process can help to clarify things up.

ok . yes that's 11 weeks but don't worry that not take 11weeks. they are just a delay

You just called them now? Have they confirmed with you that it has to take 11 weeks to process?

Used to be 60 days!  I just worry that we will get checklist. Then have to submit again & wait another 11 weeks...

no this doc say that process take 11weeks then wait 11weeks. if your pd is almost current call them

Hey guys once you send all doc at nvc than you will recived the mail from nvc like we recived your package something like that?

i send my all doc 22nd july and i didn't get any email from NVC.

my pd is 19 feb 2016.

i just called tham they said same thing it's under review and our review time is 11weeks so just wait.
